"We, first-time home buyers, interviewed several agents and chose Colleen because of how she approaches building relationships and providing timely and clear communication through the transaction process. Everyone we know was shocked with how quickly completed our home purchase. Within 1 week of working with Colleen, we put an offer in that was accepted and we closed less than 30 days later. Colleen's team worked seamlessly with our lender behind the scenes to ensure we met all the requirements of the contract. We got the concessions we wanted from the Seller as a result of the inspection - Colleen guided us on what would be appropriate to request to facilitate a smooth negotiation. It was as stress-free of a process as buying a home can get. I also know, that had we chosen a different home that would have required an aggressive offer (which we thought about!) or had we chosen a home where more concessions were warranted (again, not needed), Colleen would have put herself fully into that effort to ensure we would be satisfied with the investment we were going to make.
